Great One on One Customer Service!
Changing plans is a hassle. We all know it. But, with Luis M helping us at the Smith Haven store, he made it a breeze. Luis is so knowledgable & helpful, answering all our questions about data, plans & phone deals. When we had questions after our purchase, we were able to email him directly & he responded immediately & was always available for us. Make sure if you go into the Sprint Store (Right by TGIF at The Mall) you ask for him!
