I needed my engagement ring sized (enlarged). I was not willing to leave it out of my sight. It may not be the biggest diamond jewelers deal with but it is MINE!!

I shopped around TX and NY and wasn't having any luck until I went to this location. Not only were they willing to accommodate my wishes, the service was AMAZING!!

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Gloriaann. I cannot express how wonderful she was. Professional, knowledgeable, caring, funny and absolutely pleasant! She was even better than I can express on this.

Carlo was able to squeeze this in. By no means, did this sacrifice his craftsmanship! My ring (which has many smaller diamonds surrounding the center one) was handled perfectly to ensure that all diamonds remain secure. Carlo even tightened my loose stone.

Lisa was also very helpful and sweet. Lisa followed this thru along with Gloriann (did I mention how wonderful she was?!!!!).
